Weekly Class Schedule


Sunday

  • Zumba
    High energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. NOTE: Class Size is limited to 35 you must sign up at the front desk before class.

  • Spin*A low-impact class using stationary bikes, designed to simulate road cycling. Class size is limited to 25..you MUST sign up at the front desk before the start of class. Bring a water bottle and towel and be prepared to get DRENCHED! All fitness levels welcome. with JewelzJewelz 10:30 am to 11:30 am

Monday

  • Butts & Guts
    A cardiovascular workout with creative step patterns and movements on and around the step. All fitness levels welcome.

  • StrongCoreThis 30 minute class will tone and work your abdominal muscles through a series of movements that strengthen your entire CORE! Sexy ABS are a guarantee! with KirlosTrainer-Kirlos 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm
  • KettleBell ArmyYou will be using KettleBell and Bodyweight movements to Sculpt and Strengthen your body in ways never thought imaginable! All Fitness Levels welcome! with PavliTrainer-Pavli 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm

Tuesday

  • Spin & Sculpt* with DawnDawn 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
  • Zumba

  • Full Body Toning w/CyndiBe ready to get your whole body rocked with Cyndi - Bikini Competitor, professional Fitness Competitor and Nutritionist. This class will start your day off right. with CyndiCynthia Force Fitness Club 9:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Zumba Toning!
    When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar. Learn how to use light weightss to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.

    This class is for those who want an ultra-intense workout. Class includes a cardio workout, upper and lower body strength training, abdominal drills and an intensive course of anaerobic exercises. This class can be intensive at times.

  • HardCORE
    a 45-minute mix of Resistance, Plyometrics & Calisthenics Training with and emphasis on CORE training!!

  • Super Step ComboLet Carmen take you thru a HIGH INTENSITY Step Aerobics class that combines Step and Strength Training! with CarmenCarmen 7:40 pm to 8:30 pm

  • Spin w/Dawn with DawnDawn 9:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Weekend Super Step!
    This class incorporates the step. There is an emphasis on lower and upper body, abs, glutes and more. Get ready to burn calories and sweat your way to your best shape ever!
